Refugee/IDP Food Campaign 2014/2015
The SEED Foundation made a grant to a partner local charity, the RISE Foundation, to provide emergency food rations to 130 displaced families living in Erbil, on February 8th, 2015. SEED volunteers distributed the food packages and visited these families.

Refugee Food/Blanket/Clothing Campaign 2013
Even prior to the formal establishment of SEED, in December 2013, Board Members worked with students from the International School of Choeifat (Erbil) and the American Village housing community to collect and deliver food, blankets and warm winter clothes for the Syrian refugees.
Partnering with the RISE Foundation, a local non-profit, we delivered two tons of food, blankets, and clothes to the 700 families at the Qushtapa camp on December 13th.
