Curricula & community programs
Psychosocial Support & Community Development Programs
SEED’s tailored psychosocial support (PSS) and community development programs are designed to address the specific needs identified within our communities, drawing on PSS and community development approaches grounded in evidence and global best practice. Each curriculum is carefully adapted to reflect local context and priorities. Through purposefully designed social, educational, and recreational activities, SEED promotes psychosocial well-being, resilience, and healthy development by combining prevention, psychoeducation, and rights-based empowerment to shift harmful norms, reduce stigma, and support healing at the individual, family, and community level. SEED works to equip participants with practical skills, knowledge, and resilience-building tools that are grounded in real-world applicability to foster sustainable, community-driven change that empowers individuals and strengthens collective well-being.
-
Skills for Life
To enhance youth employability, resilience, and participation in their communities, SEED partners with local institutions to deliver market-relevant vocational training and life skills education. This dual approach equips youth with marketable skills that improve their chances of labor force participation, as well as soft skills that strengthen their professionalism and job readiness in our evolving labor market.
