Refreshing Our Brand: A New Logo & Name

In 2014, SEED began its journey with a mission to protect, empower, and support survivors of violence and those at risk. Over the past decade, we have invested in people, strengthening their capacity to create a thriving, resilient society.

From the outset, our logo reflected this mission—a small seed planted with care and nurtured to grow into a fully blooming tree. It symbolized growth, resilience, and the transformative power of collective effort.

Now, after 10 years of impact (2014-2024) and our evolution into a large and diverse organization, SEED marked the occasion with a brand refresh—a new look that reflects the deep roots we have established in the communities we serve, our maturity, and our commitment to excellence; while staying true to the core values that have guided us from the beginning. We also shortened our name to simply SEED, a name we have come to be known by in Kurdistan and beyond.

Today, SEED is more than an organization; we are a catalyst for change. We are committed to long-term, sustainable development with a vision for a prosperous society with equal opportunities and protection of rights for all.

As we look ahead, with a new look and great enthusiasm for the next decade, we reaffirm our dedication to a world built on growth, hope, and the enduring strength of community.
